All orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise noted on product page. 

We ship using USPS. To offer our customers the lowest shipping rates and most convenient shipping times, multiple rates will be available at checkout.


RETURNS

  • All Sales are final
  • We will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You must file a claim with the carrier.

WARRANTY

L.S.M.R. products have a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers materials and craftsman error. Errors will be repaired at L.S.M.R's discretion.

Damages that are not covered include improper use/care, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages. Email thelsmrco@gmail.com for replacement products.
